Shipping Policy

Duetis INC currently ships orders within the United States only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Processing time may be extended temporarily during periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery generally takes 5–10 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through available carriers such as:

• FedEx

The carrier selected may depend on the destination, package characteristics, and shipping service available at the time of fulfillment.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer through the contact information associated with the order.

Tracking information may require some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

5. Delivery Delays

Duetis INC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events.

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and supporting photographs when appropriate.

For packages reported as lost or undelivered, we may work with the applicable carrier to investigate the shipment.
